Asset Valuation Data Warehouse is repository and analytical platform for fixed asset valuation process. The valuation process will be required by banks or other financial institutions to provide mortgage or asset backed lending product. It is mandatory for creditor to check the value of the asset to be acquired by the debtor. The Bank may use consultants or KJPP to provide value information about the property to complete the mortgage process. KJPP fee may vary from Rp 300.000,- to Rp 500.000,- per property. Sometimes the bank may acquire a database from their consultant at Rp 500.000.000,- As the regulators applied more stringent rules and controls to banks, more banks and other financial institutions like leasing companies have to follow certain credit risk management process.
